14. All the best offers for hotels and aparthotels at mar
hotels will only be valid for the period of time during which they are
accessible to recipients of the service for effective contracting via
the system established in marhotels.com.
15. All the rights and obligations that are derived from the contract shall directly and
exclusively affect the user and the operating company of the selected hotel.
16. The booking price includes only the reserved service
(accommodation only, accommodation and breakfast, half-board, etc). It
does not include any additional, optional or other service that is not
expressly engaged using the system on the web site.
17. In the event that the contract is cancelled by the

- The deadline to pay is not more than 14 days after the booking is
made and always previous to the check in date of the guest , otherwise
will be automatically canceled.
- Cancellation policy for travel agencies: If you cancel 15 days
prior to check in , it won't be any costs. If the cancellation is
between the 14 days prior to check-in customer will be charged one
night's stay. No shows will be charged the whole stay.
